How much does a new fence cost?

There is no per-foot number that means anything. Material, length, grade, site access and how many gates you need all move it, which is why we start from the property rather than a price list.

Can I pay for it over time?

Yes. Financing is available on fence projects, subject to credit approval. Rate and term depend on your credit, so they are settled after the estimate.

Can I use two different fences on one property?

Often the best answer. Something solid across the front and chain link down the sides is a common split. You pay for the expensive fence only where anyone sees it.

Do you serve Cape Cod?

A board-on-board wood fence built from #1 grade 1″x4″ cedar boards, offset so the boards on one side cover the gaps on the other. It's a semi-private design, cedar naturally resists rot and insects, and the offset boards let some light and air filter through while still keeping the yard screened from a direct view on both sides. It's available in heights of 3, 4, 4.5, 5, 6, and 8 feet, with lattice or spindle toppers available in 12, 18, or 24-inch heights for added height without going fully solid. Upgrades include 1″x6″ cedar boards and a choice of cedar 2″x4″ back rails or doweled 2″x3″ rails, and it installs post-between with decorative posts and caps.
